Have some more completely innaccurate accurate Jefferson for 4th of July :] Spotlight is also on Jean-Antoine Houdon this time, an absolutely amazing neoclassical sculptor famous for doing…famous people. As I understand it, his methods consisted mostly of “sketches” in terracotta and taking life models and masks, but I am sure like all artists he had to do the occasional preliminary sketch or two ;]
